The service
PaidHook reads payments from the bank and e-wallet accounts you connect, through PaidHook Operator, the PaidHook browser extension or PaidHook Receiver, and makes them available in the dashboard, the apps, the API and webhooks. PaidHook Reconcile compares your own records with statements you upload.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password, API keys and webhook secrets private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including calls made with your API keys.
Connected accounts
- Only connect bank and e-wallet accounts you own or are authorised to use.
- Follow the terms of your bank and e-wallet providers when you use PaidHook with them.
- PaidHook shows what your bank or e-wallet shows. Some banks leave out details such as the sender's account number, and some transactions appear as pending first.
Plans & payment
- Anyone can download the apps, log in and open the dashboard. Features require an active subscription.
- PaidHook Operator and PaidHook Receiver use different plans. An Operator plan does not include Receiver features.
- A plan turns on after payment and runs for the period you paid for. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
Automatic approval
Your own system decides which orders to approve, based on what PaidHook reports. Set your matching rules with care, for example by checking the exact amount and destination account, and review payments that matter to you. PaidHook depends on your devices being online and on your banks being reachable, so updates can be delayed.
Acceptable use
- Do not use PaidHook for anything unlawful, or to read accounts you are not allowed to access.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service or the API.
Ending the service
You can stop using PaidHook at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we also let you know by email.
